Orestus Stella Orestus

Starting and Ending the Day at the Hotel

This Super 8 Hotel is at I-17 and Bell Road in northern Phoenix.  It was a great location to start each day's touring.  Fast food restaurants were nearby and a Costco was less than a mile away.

A Denny's Restaurant was just down the road.  Orestus did not want to eat anywhere else because the prices were so cheap.  The $2, $4, $6, $8 menu was Orestus's favorite and he would never spend more than $4.  He insisted at eating at it at least once a day during our entire stay

Author's touring note:  There is a traffic circle, round about to some, nearbye that is scary for the unfamiliar.  Traffic moves through the circle at about 60 miles per hour.
