The "first floor" is a garage, the "ground floor" is the 1st
Entrances are from the front, with a small guest parking lot, and from the back which is the "ground floor"
The building has and elevator from the garage level to the first and second floors. A patio with room for two chairs and a small table just off of the guest bedroom
