Old Milwaukee Circus Days featured intricately carved circus wagons decorated in Gold Leaf

The celebration occurred annually from 1963 to 1973.  The event evolved into a celebration called Summerfest after the circus days event was schedule for a few years

The antique wagons are from the 19th Century and are featured in Baraboo Wisconsin Circus World Museum
