Concinha and Heber's home has a large dinning area with a barbeque station with facilities for parties
This informal dinning area is forever open to the Brazilian outside and the pool area of the back yard.

The room is separated by glass doors into the formal dinning area (under the chandelier). It can be seen in the background
We were guests in the Brazilian winter of July 2015 and there is no need for doors in the informal dinning room. The winter night time temperatures never get below 50 degrees Fahrenheit.
