We were STILL waiting for food

It seems many restaurants in Brazil serve guests in segments. Eclipse in not the first Brazilian restaurant where the plates were served over a period of 20 or 30 minutes. We guess its the custom of the country not to rush when dining, or when serving restaurant guests. We've encountered this characteristic over a decade or two when visiting Brazil
