Lou was a barber by trade.  He was a heavy and addicted gambler.  The horses were his game.  One day he won $58,000 and another day he lost his house.  Lou was Italian and an excellent cook. The Grams Family always looked forward to his visits to Wisconsin when he made his famous spaghetti sauce.  He would shop the Eau Claire region wide to get the right ingrediants and then cook for days to make his most excellent meals
