North Western Wisconsin rural areas for the July 4th Holiday. America's Dairyland

Nathan gets a new used truck, and Justin visits from La Crosse. Justin Sherri and Dennis get to visit John and Ardith in Augusta.  Family and friends get-together for a holiday.  We stopped by to see mom at her apartment too

We bought a ceramic fire box from the Woodshed and enjoyed the holiday summer nights outside under its glow.  It's also called a firepot

Dennis was visiting from New York.  Little did we know that the tragedy of 9/11 was just 2 months away.  Things seemed simple in the summer of 2001
