The temperature was in the 0's but it was a still and sun shiny day. Augusta Wisconsin had about 6 inches of fresh snow and Durand had none. Beauty in the Wisconsin winter. The Eau Claire River is a tributary to the Chippewa River which is a tributary to the Mississippi River. This snow will melt and eventually reach the Golf of Mexico
