Visiting Madame Tussaud's Wax Museum at 42nd Street at Times Square with Dennis, Sherri and Kelsey

We were lucky, it was a slow day and we did not have a wait to get in or to move through the exibit.

A Wax museum is not a preference of the host, Dennis, but we enjoyed it just the same.  We arrived at the museum on a slow day.  Lines were not long, the attraction was pleasantly roomy and un-crowded.  It was easy to get pictures with the wax avatars of celebrities

Our photos include the tourists from Wisconsin but not just the statues. 

Other wax statues, some favorites of ours, not included in this photo group were:

Pink, Ru Paul, Whoopi Goldberg, from Sister Act, Lucille Ball, Princess Diana, former NY mayor, Ruddy Giuliani, George Steinbrenner of the Yankees, Joe DiMaggio, jazz legend Ella Fitzgerald at a young age,  Jimmy Hendricks, and Whitney Houston

  Sherri, Kelsey and Dennis all agreed that the best likeness in the New York museum was Morgan Freeman.  Our least favorite was Julia Roberts

Dennis agreed at the end of our visit that Madame Tussaud's is a good place to visit

Many other figures are on display in the New York museum but we did not list or photograph them.  There are many other Madame Tussaud's Wax Museum around the World, each with their own themes.  If this is your cup of tea, we recommend you visit several of them
