The park is well kept, the Ducks pictured here are year round residents kept fed by park visitors

Carson park hosts the semi-pro Eau Claire Express

The stadium in the park features a bronze statue of Henry Aaron who started his professional career in the professional Eau Claire Braves in the 1950s. The club was baseball farm tem of the then Milwaukee Brewers

Raphael was familiar with none of it.  The history of baseball is just not familiar to millennials
